These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ph497 platform. By registering an account or accessing any service on ph497.app, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph497 ("ph497," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing ph497.app or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the ph497 platform.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the ph497 platform, including visitors who browse the site without registering and registered players who hold an active ph497 account.
1.2 By completing the registration process on ph497.app, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; (c) all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete; and (d) you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
1.3 These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the ph497 platform. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. ph497 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the platform.
2.2 Jurisdiction. The ph497 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ph497 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. ph497 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
2.3 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when making financial decisions on the platform.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by ph497 or by any other gambling operator or regulatory authority. Attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.
Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. ph497 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits will be returned to the payment source where possible. ph497 may report such incidents to the relevant Philippine authorities.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph497. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. ph497 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must keep your account details up to date. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, or mobile number, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph497 login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph497 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.
3.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph497 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. ph497 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.5 KYC Verification. ph497 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.6 Account Closure. You may request closure of your ph497 account at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC requirements. Accounts under investigation for suspected fraud or Terms violations may not be closed until the investigation is concluded.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph497 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. ph497 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These restrictions are in place in compliance with Philippine regulations governing gambling transactions.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. ph497 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and bank transfers during standard operating hours (8:00 AM – 12:00 MN PHT). Processing times may be longer during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. ph497 does not guarantee specific processing times.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. ph497 reserves the right to require withdrawals to be processed to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name.
4.6 Transaction Fees. ph497 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which ph497 accepts no responsibility.
5.1 ph497 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. 7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph497 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ph497 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ph497 content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph497 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.2 ph497's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph497 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph497's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.
11.1 ph497 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering on ph497, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with AMLC reporting obligations.
12.1 ph497 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on ph497.app at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
12.2 Your continued use of the ph497 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.6.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph497's internal complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
13.3 Internal Complaints Process. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first submit your complaint to ph497 customer support and allow ph497 a period of thirty (30) days to investigate and respond. ph497 is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly.
